Autumn's Charms (Monotetra)

It's time for summer to forget
Gaia's locks turning a brunette
Amber, russet add to palette
Leaves pirouette, leaves pirouette

With log fire lit, the nights draw in
Trees' foliage becoming thin
On Halloween we dance and sing
The children grin, the children grin

Dazzling fireworks frequent the skies
Awe and wonder sparkle in eyes
Trick or Treat still a great surprise
Lush pumpkin pie, lush pumpkin pie

With skies turned grey and winter near
Dew jewelled on lawns; nature's tears
Conkers swinging throughout the years
We make good cheer, we make good cheer
